Professional Background

I practiced business law in Israel from 1995 to 1998 and in New York from 1998 to 2016, advising companies, investors and entrepreneurs on corporate matters, commercial transactions and mergers & acquisitions. From 2006 to 2016, I served as the Managing Partner of Shiboleth LLP, one of the leading international law firms serving U.S.–Israel business clients. In that role, I oversaw complex legal matters, led cross border teams and advised high profile clients on strategic decisions.Beyond my legal career, I have founded and led several businesses, including a real estate management company, a chain of retail stores and an ag foodtech innovation center. This hands on business experience gives me a practical, commercially grounded perspective that complements my legal expertise — and enables me to advise clients not only as an attorney, but as someone who has built and operated companies myself.
